Here's how I turned things around:I did my research the second time around. I talked to my prospective students and asked them what they wanted to learn and achieve.
Then I worked out how I would provide that education and guidance for them in a way that allowed them to get precisely what they were looking to get from me.
Once I had done that, I released my course and told them that it was available.
As soon as it was available, they were in a frenzy to get access – it was exactly what they had been looking for all this time!
It gets better. Once I had all these new clients in, I asked them how it could be improved. I consistently and regularly asked for feedback from them and I was able to improve and fine-tune my course.
Using this method, I created another course on a different aspect of my field of expertise and did the same again. That course sold out within just 3 days.
Other coaches in my field eventually started to notice and began asking me how I managed to get so many raving-fan clients to join my course.
I outlined my course creation process to come of my close coaching friends - who happened to be experts in a different field to me – so they could try it out too… and it worked like gangbusters!
